Villa ESPERANZA
The Villa Esperanza is devided into a mainbuilding with three floors and an annex next to the pool.
On groundfloor of the mainbuiling you find a sun-filled livingroom with chimney and next to it a modern and spacious kitchen with a lot of space for cooking and enjoyment. Also two bedrooms with shared bathroom are located on the ground floor.
From the livingroom and the kitchen you can access the spacious patio with dining table and lounge area where you can relax and enjoy the sun and the spectacular sundown.
The SPA-Area with Jacuzzi on the patio invites for relaxing.
On the upper floor you find the masterbedroom with a hightec bathroom. Here you can find also a balcony with a dreamlike view.
A fitness- and partyroom is located downstairs.
The annex, located next to the private pool has two additional bedrooms with bathrooms, a kitchen with livingroom with day bed.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
Livingrooms and the gymarea are equipped with satellit-TVs.
Wifi is available in the entire area.
The livingroom of the main house is equipped with Playstation 4 and Soundbar.
Next to the poolarea is a wonderful mediterianian garden with beach.
The villa is located in a quiet area in the mountains between Puerto Andratx and Andratx.
Within a 5min drive you can find a lot of shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
The capital of Mallorca, Palma is 25 minutes away.
Wounderful beaches like Sant Elm or Peguera are only 15 minutes away.
The next golf course is located in Camp de Mar, about 10 minutes away.
